The Community Development Foundation (CDF) is a private-nonprofit economic development agency and Chamber of Commerce charged with fostering capital investment and job growth in Tupelo, Lee County, Mississippi. In ten years, CDF has facilitated the creation of over 9,000 new jobs and $2.1 billion in capital investment representing 154 projects including the location and/or expansion of Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Philips, Hunter Douglas, Cooper Tires, General Atomics and others. Site Selection magazine consistently recognizes CDF as one of the top ten economic development agencies in the United States.
