Jessica Ellis

Jessica Ellis has over a decade of experience working in early childhood education. Jessica started as an Assistant Teacher at Detroit Child Development in 2008 before moving on to become a Lead Preschool Teacher at CDI Head Start in 2012. At CDI, they were responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, maintaining education files, conducting assessments, and training assistant teachers. In 2014, they transitioned to Little Scholars Child Care, where they took on the role of Site Director and lead GSRP teacher. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing quality education and support to young children.

Jessica Ellis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Ashford University in 2013. Jessica continued their education at the University of Phoenix, where they earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General in 2018. Prior to these degrees, Jessica attended Northern Michigan University from 2002 to 2004.
