Ernesto Zumaya

Ernesto Zumaya is an experienced asset manager currently employed at Community Development Partners since February 2022, where a detailed understanding of project operations and financial performance is maintained. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Property Supervisor at Abode Communities, managing the economic performance of 13 multifamily communities, as well as similar roles at Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation and Thomas Safran & Associates, overseeing portfolios with over 1000 residential units. Ernesto’s background also features political fundraising and campaign management roles, along with education from UCLA (B.A. in English Language and Literature) and Rio Hondo College (A.A.).
