Jessica Woodruff

Jessica Woodruff is a seasoned professional in community development and housing, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Community Development Partners since February 2019, where previously held the role of Director of Development. Prior to that, Jessica held the position of Director of Housing Development and Project Manager at REACH CDC from August 2008 to January 2019. Jessica's career began at PNC as a Senior Originations Associate from June 2004 to August 2008, and earlier, Jessica worked at NAMM as an Assistant Manager of Market Development from September 2001 to May 2004. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oregon and a Certificate of Completion in Executive Education from Harvard University.
