Kyle Paine

Kyle Paine has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Kyle started their career as a Residential Land Broker at Regional Land in 2005 and worked there until 2006. Kyle then joined Fairfield Residential as an Acquisitions and Development Officer from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they became an Asset Manager at Glacier Real Estate Services and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Managing Broker - REO Disposition at Volant Realty Partners. Since 2012, Kyle has been the President of Community Development Partners, where they lead the development and operation of sustainable, life-enhancing affordable housing.

Kyle Paine obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Psychology and Business from the University of California, Berkeley. Kyle attended the university from 2000 to 2004.
