Matthew Flaming

Matthew Flaming is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in technology and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Community Energy Labs, Matthew previously held significant roles at Kiva, where responsibilities included leading engineering for the Kiva Marketplace, and at New Relic, where Matthew was Vice President of Site Engineering and SRE, as well as Director of the Data Platform. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Temboo as Director of Software Development and Lead Developer/Technical Project Manager. Matthew holds an MFA in Creative Writing from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Philosophy and Computer Science from Hampshire College.
