Frederick Donatelli

Frederick Donatelli is an accomplished risk management professional currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at CFSB since April 2024. Prior to this role, Frederick held key positions at Gemini from October 2020 to November 2024, including Head of Risk and Head of Credit Risk. Frederick's extensive experience in the financial industry includes a tenure at American Express from June 2010 to October 2020, where responsibilities included Vice President of Commercial Risk and Chief Credit Officer for Merchant Financing, among other roles. Additionally, Frederick has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Ramapo College of New Jersey and Ithaca College. Academic credentials include a PhD in Economics, a Master’s degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, all obtained from Binghamton University.
