Becka Jaeger, SHRM-CP, serves as the HR and Training Coordinator at Community First Credit Union since August 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Sargento Foods Inc. from May 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities involved supporting talent acquisition initiatives, coordinating interviews, managing travel for candidates, and enhancing employee referral programs. Earlier, Becka worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Robert Half and Sargento Foods Inc., and gained recruiting experience at Cadre; Innovative Services. Becka began a career in human resources at Kelly; Nestle Pizza, managing internal job postings and employee programs. Becka holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Human Resource Management from Lakeland University, completed in December 2020.
