Brooke Janse is a seasoned Human Resources Generalist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at Community First Credit Union in Appleton, Wisconsin since September 2018. Prior to this role, Brooke held positions at Pierce Manufacturing, including Human Resources Generalist and Representative, where responsibilities included recruitment collaboration, employee relations management, and leading Continuous Improvement Events. Brooke's background also encompasses a range of internships and roles focused on human resources, including an international experience researching global compensation and a study abroad program in Europe. A University of Wisconsin Oshkosh graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, Brooke has developed strong organizational skills and a commitment to fostering workplace improvement and employee engagement throughout various positions.
