Kristy Hesse

Kristy Hesse serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Community First Credit Union in Appleton, Wisconsin, since June 2018, leading HR, Learning & Development, and Knowledge Management teams, with a strong focus on enhancing employee experience. Previously, Kristy held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at AIA Corporation from February 2017 to June 2018, where responsibilities included providing innovative HR solutions and executing people strategies. Prior experience includes Senior Human Resource Manager at KI, where strategic leadership and compliance expertise were developed, and various HR roles at organizations such as Bay Area Medical Center, Sonoco, and Alwin Manufacturing Co. Kristy holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Kristy contributed to municipal governance as a Village Trustee in Bonduel.
