Mark Smith is the Director of Population Health Management at Riverview Health, where Mark oversees the identification and referral of patients for care and disease management services. Mark has held previous positions at Accountable Care Consortium, St. Vincent Health, St. Vincent Hospital, Anthem, and Indiana University School of Medicine, specializing in quality improvement, research, and project management. Smith holds an MS in Health Promotion from Purdue University and a BA in Health Fitness, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Gustavus Adolphus College.
