Josh Klenda has over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in VA home loans. Josh began their career at Texas Capital Bank in 2005 and then moved to Franklin Bank in 2007, where they co-managed the top-performing retail mortgage loan office. At Franklin Bank, Josh was recognized as the #54 VA/FHA loan officer in the nation and increased annual mortgage production by 30%. In 2008, they joined BankMortgageSolutions as a Senior Mortgage Originator, focusing exclusively on VA home loans. Josh achieved significant success at BankMortgageSolutions, ranking as the top loan officer in terms of loan volume, units, and total fee revenue. In 2011, they became the Director of VA Lending at Guadalupe National Bank and funded a large number of VA mortgages. Most recently, Josh has been working at Community First National Bank since 2014 as the Vice President of the Mortgage Division. Josh has consistently funded a significant number of VA mortgages each year, with impressive loan volumes.
