TJ McMahon is a seasoned psychiatric nurse practitioner currently employed at Community First Solutions since February 2021, with prior experience at Cerebral specializing in increasing access to mental health care. McMahon's diverse nursing background includes roles as an administrative nursing supervisor, critical care RN, and emergency room RN at Kettering Health Network from January 2014 to February 2021. McMahon has also engaged in clinical training as a PMHNP student at Fort Hamilton Behavioral Health and served as a committee chair for hospital-wide shared governance at Fort Hamilton Hospital. In addition to a robust nursing career, McMahon has leadership experience as president of Valley Drywall Service Incorporated and as a logistic executive at Total Quality Logistics. Military service as a combat engineer sapper in the United States Army Reserve occurred from 2003 to 2007. TJ McMahon holds a Master's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University, a BSN in Nursing Science from Ohio University, and an ADN in Nursing from Hondros College, along with an associate's degree in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati.
