Shweta Maheshwari Sharma

Shweta Maheshwari Sharma, PhD, currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Community Food Centres Canada since July 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Shweta has held significant roles such as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources and Administration at the Equality Fund from November 2021 to May 2023. Prior to this, Shweta worked as Manager of Talent Management at Masco Canada and was part of the Talent Management team at William Osler Health System. Shweta’s career also includes leadership positions at SS&C Technologies, IES Management College and Research Centre, HDFC Asset Management Company, IDBI Bank, and HDFC Bank. Shweta focuses on key areas such as talent management, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, and has a strong academic foundation with a PhD in Change Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Master's in Human Resource Management.
