David Hooley has extensive experience in both the technology and elder care sectors. Currently serving as an elder care provider at Community Food Share since January 2015, David also holds the position of CEO at Baseline Software Consulting, a role maintained since December 2013, specializing in software development and consulting. Previously, David worked as a Lead Architect at CableLabs from September 2005 to December 2014 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Time Warner Cable from 2002 to 2004. David's earlier career includes roles such as Project Manager at Canal + from 2000 to 2003 and Software Manager at Probita from 1993 to 1999. David Hooley earned a Master of Science degree in astro-geophysics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Case Western Reserve University.

Community Food Share is a food bank fighting hunger in Boulder and Broomfield Counties by providing access to fresh, nutritious food through local partners and its onsite and mobile pantries. But we're more than a food bank — we’re a neighbor and a friend who’s been part of the fabric of Boulder and Broomfield Counties for decades. We know that ending hunger in our communities requires collaboration. That’s why we not only provide food directly to families, seniors, students, and others, we’re also a hub — delivering millions of pounds of food a year to local partners to reach people in their communities. Because when we work together, we give more people access to fresh, nutritious food.
