Akeera Weathers

Akeera Bryant is an experienced community service professional currently serving as the Community Connections Manager and Resource Access Coordinator at the Community FoodBank of New Jersey since June 2022. Prior to this role, Akeera worked at CUMAC from March 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating the Pathways to Work program, managing relationships with participants and vendors, and overseeing the Marketplace program for seniors. Akeera's earlier experience includes serving as a Service Events Coordinator at Jersey Cares, where event planning and volunteer management were key responsibilities. Akeera holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
