Alisha Pean, Psy. M., aPHR, is an experienced HR and employee relations professional currently serving as an Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist at the Community FoodBank of New Jersey since February 2023. Alisha has been working as an HR/Career Specialist at AP, Lifestyle and Consulting since September 2017 and previously held the role of Human Resources Specialist at Siemens Healthineers, where responsibilities included developing business reports and coordinating new hire orientations. Prior experience includes serving as an Employment Specialist at Community Options Enterprises Inc., focusing on employment counseling and job placement for individuals with disabilities. Alisha also worked as a Professional Development Coordinator, creating and delivering training programs for entry-level professionals. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Behavior & Organizational Psychology from Kean University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Montclair State University, along with an aPHR Diploma in Human Resources Management from New York University.
