Andrea Peter

Andrea Peter has over two decades of work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Andrea started working at Prudential Financial in 2000, where they held various roles such as Director of Compensation and VP of Compensation. In these positions, they collaborated with HR Business Partners and senior management to develop compensation solutions that supported talent strategies and organizational changes. Andrea also directed market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure fair pay adjustments and retain key employees. Andrea implemented a Long-Term Incentive program at Prudential driven by investment results, which improved alignment between Investment Professionals and clients. In 2021, they joined the Community FoodBank of New Jersey as the Senior HR Director.

Andrea Peter attended Southern Methodist University from 1989 to 1993, but did not earn a specific degree or study a particular field. In 2020, they obtained a Non-profit Fundraising Essentials certification from County College of Morris.
