Katharine Houston-Voss is an experienced professional currently serving as Development Operations Manager at the Community FoodBank of New Jersey since June 2021. Previously, Katharine worked at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) from 2002 to 2021 in various roles, including Donor Relations Specialist and Development Operations Specialist, where responsibilities included managing major gift operations and transitioning to a Salesforce donor database. Earlier career experiences include serving as Lead Membership Specialist, overseeing membership and telemarketing programs. Prior to their nonprofit work, Katharine was a writer and performer with Six Characters from January 2000 to March 2009, specializing in silent sketch and physical comedy. Katharine holds a BFA in Acting from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and has completed Project Management training.
