Marina Hong Mealin

Marina Hong Mealin is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience across various multinational organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Community FoodBank of New Jersey since July 2023, Marina contributes to the strategic direction of the largest anti-hunger and anti-poverty organization in New Jersey. At Bayer, Marina holds multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Head of HR for Bayer US LLC, where responsibilities encompass driving business results through inclusive HR strategies. Prior roles include global HR leadership positions at BD and The Linde Group, where Marina focused on human capital strategy, post-merger integration, and compensation and benefits.
