Sandra Simpson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Sandra serves as a Board Member for Community For New Direction since October 2018, supporting innovative programs aimed at empowering youth and families. As the Director of Sales at DevCare Solutions since March 2021, Sandra leads efforts in IT solutions and staff augmentation. Previous positions include Director of Business Development at Expeed Software, Sales/Recruiting Warrior at Ascendum Solutions, and Senior Business Development Executive at Illumination Works, among others. Sandra’s career highlights include a successful tenure at Preferred Sourcing LLC, where significant sales growth was achieved. Sandra holds education credentials from KCC and MSU, as well as from Harper Creek High School.

Community for New Direction (CND) is a community based, nonprofit providing prevention education to youth in Columbus and also mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment services to adults 18 and up. We also work with the Department of Public Safety in a Violence Intervention Program. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their potential.
