Sarah Mikkelsen

Sarah Mikkelsen is an experienced professional in grant management and community service, currently serving as Grants Manager at Community Foundation Boulder County since 2019, where responsibilities include administering the Community Trust Fund and overseeing the grant cycle process. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Program Associate, Business Manager/Co-Owner of Mikkelsen Piano Tuning & Service, LLC, and had a brief stint as Grants Administrator at Tides. Additional experience includes volunteer coordination with the Colorado Sierra Club, administrative coordination at Regis University, and various positions within the Humane Society of Boulder Valley. Sarah began a career in community service and project management with roles at The Jane Goodall Institute, Hunger Action Network of New York State, and served as an AmeriCorps member in different capacities. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hartwick College.
