Kimberly Spear has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Kimberly worked as the Director of Donor Engagement at the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Clayton State University, including Executive Director of Development from November 2021 to March 2023 and Major Gifts Officer from January 2019 to November 2021.
