Kimberly Spear

Kimberly Spear has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Kimberly worked as the Director of Donor Engagement at the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Clayton State University, including Executive Director of Development from November 2021 to March 2023 and Major Gifts Officer from January 2019 to November 2021. Kimberly also worked as the Corporate Sponsorship Manager at Atlanta Habitat for Humanity from January 2018 to January 2019. Before that, they held various positions at Georgia State University, including Director of Development from August 2015 to December 2017, Campaign Coordinator from January 2012 to August 2015, and Development Coordinator from March 2011 to January 2012. Their earliest work experience was as a Resource Development Coordinator at Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity from August 2009 to March 2011.

Kimberly Spear holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Georgia Southern University. Kimberly is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership Development at Clayton State University, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2023.
