Nicole MacMillan

Nicole MacMillan has extensive experience in development research and philanthropic services, currently serving as the Development Research Manager for the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan since April 2002. In this role, Nicole oversees development research, prospect management, and gift tracking to secure financial support for the organization while providing stewardship services to donors. Previous positions at the Community Foundation include Operations Manager, where Nicole directed daily operations and supervised support staff, and Philanthropic Services Assistant, providing executive support and assisting with donor management. Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Nicole held administrative roles at Cooperstandard Automotive and Harvard Industries. Nicole obtained a degree in Hospitality and Tourism from TUNON in Arnhem, The Netherlands.
