Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee
Erika Burnett is an accomplished leader in community development, currently serving as Vice President of Community Development at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee since August 2023. With extensive experience in nonprofit management and program development, Erika co-founded the Women of Color Collaborative and has held significant positions including Executive Director of the Women's Fund of Greater Chattanooga and Founder & Principal of The Burnett Group, LLC. Erika's background includes roles such as Expert/Trainer at the Center for Nonprofit Management and Affiliate Director at Communities In Schools of Tennessee. Erika holds a BA in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Tennessee State University and a Master of Education in Community Development Action from Vanderbilt University.
