Sue Brueton

Funding Manager at The National Lottery Community Fund

Sue Brueton's work experience begins in 1997 with their role as a Family Support Worker at ATD Fourth World, where they worked until 2000. Sue then worked as a Primary School Teacher at Bristol City Council from 2002 to 2003. Following that, they served as an Education Officer at The Wildlife Trust for Birmingham and the Black Country from 2003 to 2006. In 2004, they joined Warwickshire Wildlife Trust as a Community Liaison until 2006. From 2006 onwards, they held multiple roles as a Funding Manager at both Big Lottery Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund.

Sue Brueton began their education at Wadham Community School from 1986 to 1993. Sue then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Aberystwyth University from 1993 to 1997. In 2000 to 2001, they attended the University of the West of England and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) primary. Their last educational endeavor was a Diploma in Leadership and Management, which they completed at the University of Central Lancashire from 2013 to 2014.
