Jan Sweat

Jan Sweat has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jan is currently the Vice President of Learning Solutions at CHAP - Community Health Accreditation Partner. Prior to this, they worked at Kindred at Home, where they held various leadership roles including AVP of Sales and Leadership Development, AVP of Hospice, and Director of Sales Support. Jan also worked at Gentiva Health Services, where they served as Branch Director for Home Health and Area Director of Sales for both Home Health and Hospice.

Jan Sweat earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Georgia.
