Kelly Hibner-Kalb

Kelly Hibner-Kalb serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Operating Officer at Community Health Alliance since April 2017, overseeing operations with a budget of $15 million and managing 200 employees involved in various behavioral health services. Prior to this role, Kelly operated as Director at Talbert House from July 2010 to April 2017, leading a team of 126 employees and administering a budget of $7.7 million for programs including counseling, treatment, and support services. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
