Colleen Butler

Colleen Butler is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries, including commercial construction, manufacturing, and technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Bourns since May 2011, Colleen previously held the position of Corporate Vice President and Director of Human Resources and Risk Management at West Coast C & C Management, Inc., overseeing HR functions for 1,400 employees. Colleen’s career also includes consultancy work providing HR solutions across diverse sectors and executive roles at Rockwell Collins and Hughes Electronics, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR operations during significant organizational transitions. Colleen holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of La Verne.
