Devin Dalton

Devin Dalton has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries.

In 2021, Devin worked at CHAS Health, starting as a Service Desk Technician before being promoted to Service Desk Technician II. In these roles, they provided excellent customer service and worked closely with systems and security engineers to resolve issues. Devin also handled security tasks such as responding to alerts and ensuring device encryption on company devices. Later in 2021, Devin joined NEW HORIZON CARE CENTERS INC as an IT Technician, where they demonstrated basic troubleshooting skills and served as a Microsoft 365 administrator.

Prior to that, Devin worked as a Lifeguard at Outdoor Recreations from 2017 to 2021. In 2020, they also had a short internship as an OIT Intern at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Currently, Devin is working as a Security Engineer at CHAS Health, where they manage alerts in various security software and responds to incidents on endpoints. Devin also collaborates with vendors to implement new security solutions.

Devin Dalton completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Cybersecurity from Spokane Falls Community College BAS Program between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they attended Spokane Falls Community College from 2017 to 2020, but the specific degree and field of study are not provided. In addition, Devin obtained the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in August 2022.
