Jessica Johnston has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jessica began their career in 2004 as a Dental Assistant at Community Health Association of Spokane, where they worked until 2005. Jessica then transitioned to the role of Patient Services Coordinator/Front Office Receptionist at the same company, and remained in this position until 2009.

In 2009, Jessica joined CHAS Health as a Clinic Operations Specialist, responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations. After a year, they were promoted to the role of Patient Services Administrator, where they oversaw patient services and support. In 2015, they further advanced in their career as Director of Operations, a position they held until 2020. Currently, Jessica serves as a Clinic Administrator II at CHAS Health.

Throughout their career, Jessica has gained valuable experience in various administrative and operational roles within the healthcare industry.

Jessica Johnston attended Newport High School from 1999 to 2002, where they earned their high school diploma. Following this, from 2002 to 2003, they attended Apollo College and obtained a Dental Assistant Certificate in the field of Dental Assisting/Assistant.
