Mitch Swanger

Mitch Swanger is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community engagement, enrollment management, and business operations. Currently serving as a Community Engagement Specialist at CHAS Health since June 2023, Mitch has also held the position of President at Silent Generation, LLC since April 2010, overseeing all business operations including finance, travel coordination, and marketing. Previous roles at Washington State University include Director of Enrollment Management, where Mitch led admissions and student services operations, developed systems for student retention, and managed a diverse team. Additional experience includes teaching marketing at Lewiston High School and leadership roles in associations such as Business Professionals of America.
