Mercy Mbogori, MPA, is an experienced primary care transformation professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Clinical Excellence & Innovation at the Community Health Care Association of NYS since June 2015. In this role, Mercy empowers physicians to achieve health equity and improve patient outcomes through innovative initiatives. Prior to this position, Mercy worked as a Clinical Quality Improvement Project Manager, facilitating quality improvement projects across New York's community health centers and providing technical assistance for various health transformation programs. Previously, at CDPHP from 2001 to 2014, Mercy held roles including Population Health Coordinator and Quality Enhancement Coordinator, where efforts focused on population health management and performance improvement initiatives. Mercy holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University at Albany, SUNY.
