Community Health Care
Brittany (Wolff) Padjen, LICSW, is a skilled behavioral health consultant currently employed at Community Health Care since August 2022, providing integrated behavioral health services in a primary care setting. Prior experience includes serving as a social worker with South King Fire & Rescue, where Brittany contributed to a Mobile Integrated Healthcare team, addressing social service needs for patients utilizing emergency services. Additional roles span across various organizations, including case management and therapeutic services for older adults with mental illnesses at Navos, as well as intake assessments for adults and youth. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work specializing in Mental and Behavioral Health from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Social Work from Winona State University, along with additional studies in Spanish.
