Angelica Campos is an experienced professional in communications and project management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Communications at MyCHN since January 2014. MyCHN is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris County, Texas, that provides professional growth and development in a group practice providing primary health care for adults and children, women’s health services, behavioral health, and general dentistry. MyCHN is dedicated to continuous quality improvement and the ideal candidate will work within a team to ins e comprehensive and excellent care. MyCHN clinics are dedicated to Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) principles and practices. In 2015, MyCHN elected to develop an open source electronic health record and modify it to support the needs of an FQHC. MyCHN partnered with Williams Medical Technology in this endeavor which required significant additions to the system; including, design, documentation, reporting, workflow, and billing. MyCHN's key staff members and Williams Medical Technology programming staff meet at least weekly to further the development of interoperability, clinic workflow, decision support systems, data warehouse, and patient communications.
