Emilie Powell

Emilie Powell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they served as the Medical Operations Director at the Community Health Center of Snohomish County, where they provided leadership and direction for administrative and clinical operations. Prior to this, Emilie worked at Neighborcare Health, holding various roles such as Director of Clinical Operations and Clinic Administrator. Emilie also worked as a Client Outcomes Researcher at Washington CASH and held positions at Hospice of Santa Cruz County, City of Santa Cruz, and the University of California, Santa Cruz. Emilie has demonstrated expertise in managing operations, supervising staff, and implementing strategic initiatives in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.

Emilie Powell received their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Nonprofit Management from the University of Washington in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2003. Emilie began their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis in 1999, majoring in Sociology.
