Francene Rivera

Francene Rivera, MHA, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in dental and operational management. Currently serving as the Dental Practice Manager at the Community Health Center of Snohomish County since October 2022, Francene has previously held multiple roles at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC including Expansions and Strategic Growth Lead and Operations Manager. Additional experience includes managing telecommunications at Pali Momi Medical Center and various operational roles at Hawaii Family Dental Centers, where Francene successfully oversaw staff and improved patient services. Francene holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Hawaii Pacific University and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, with ongoing studies toward a Doctor of Health Administration.
