Joseph Orton is an experienced professional with a solid background in human resources and management. Currently serving as an HR Systems and Data Analyst and previously as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Community Health Center of Snohomish County since February 2019, Joseph has developed expertise in HR systems and data analysis. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Customer Onboarding and Support Specialist at CrystalCommerce from August 2013 to February 2019, as well as Manager on Duty/Bartender at Black Angus Steakhouse from April 2004 to May 2014. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Washington and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Edmonds College. Education also includes completion of high school at Edmonds-Woodway High School.
