Kathleen Tourjee

Kathleen (Kathi) Tourjee currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Moses Weitzman Health System, previously known as Community Health Center, since December 2022. Prior to this role, Tourjee held the position of Head of Human Resources at Covr Financial Technologies, where HR strategy and operations were led for a rapidly evolving insurance technology firm. Tourjee also has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Signify Health, VP of Human Resources at WebMD, and various senior positions at Pfizer, Inc, where responsibilities spanned global compensation, benefits, wellness programs, and HR strategy. Tourjee holds a Master of Science in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
