Lori Dever

Lori Dever has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lori is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Community Health Net, a position they have held since November 2021. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at Industrial Sales and Manufacturing Inc. as the Workforce Development Manager/Safety & Health, where they were responsible for coordinating training programs, employee orientation, and workforce preparation. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2010, they worked as the Safety Coordinator at Signal-Tech, where they provided leadership and direction for the safety program. From 1997 to 2003, they were the Dental Practice Manager at Community Health Net, overseeing the daily operations of five dental practices and implementing training programs for staff development. Before that, from 1986 to 1997, they worked as the Dental Office Manager/HR at Artimus Brown, DMD, where they managed the daily operations of the dental practice and handled HR responsibilities.

Lori Dever has a Bachelor's degree in Management from Gannon University, which they earned between 2003 and 2007. Lori then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Mercyhurst University from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource from Mercyhurst University between 2010 and 2011. Lastly, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management at Mercyhurst College from 2011 to 2012.
