Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly is a seasoned professional in information security with extensive experience across various industries. As the Director of Information Security at Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. since October 2024, Brian continues to lead initiatives to enhance cybersecurity frameworks. In addition, Brian has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Naugatuck Valley Community College since 2000, specializing in Cybersecurity and Network Technologies. Prior roles include Virtual Chief Information Security Officer at Compass IT Compliance, LLC, Director of the Cybersecurity Program at EDUCAUSE, and Chief Information Security Officer at Quinnipiac University, where Brian developed comprehensive security strategies. Brian's career in cyber operations began in the United States Air Force, culminating in a Major rank, and includes experience as an Information Security Manager at Aetna. Brian holds a Master's degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University and multiple degrees related to communications, computer systems, and criminal justice.
