Phil Davis

Phil Davis, JD, MSITM, CISSP, currently serves as Executive Director and Associate General Counsel at Community Health Network since September 2024. Prior to this role, Phil worked at Hall Render as an Attorney specializing in Healthcare IT, Cybersecurity, and Privacy. With a law license obtained in 2012, Phil has extensive experience in data breaches, cybersecurity incident response, HIPAA compliance, and IT contract negotiation, advising clients in various sectors including academic medical centers and healthcare technology companies. Phil previously held multiple leadership positions at Community Health Network, including VP and Chief Information Security Officer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a comprehensive security program for a major healthcare provider. Educational qualifications include a JD from Cooley Law School, an MS in Information Technology Management from Indiana University, and a BA in Political Science from Purdue University, alongside ongoing studies in Ethical Leadership at the University of Notre Dame.
