Bethany Kieley, MBA, has a comprehensive work experience in healthcare management. Bethany is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Community Health Programs, Inc. starting from July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Cornell Scott - Hill Health Center from April 2020 to July 2023.

Before joining Cornell Scott - Hill Health Center, Bethany worked at Women's Care Florida as the Chief Operating Officer from February 2019 to March 2020. Prior to their VP role, Bethany held the positions of VP of Practice Operations and Director of Practice Operations at ProHealth Physicians. In these roles, they successfully completed operational projects, integrated acquired practices, and implemented an Electronic Health Record system across 70 locations.

Bethany's career began as a Practice Manager at Sumner Pediatrics in 1997. Bethany also gained experience as a Physician Relations Representative at Jefferson Radiology and a Manager of Provider Relations at MedSpan Health Options, Inc.

In 2018, they completed an Executive Development Program at Stanford University as part of the United Health Group - Executive Leadership Program.
