Domeá C. has extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and leadership roles in various organizations such as Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, NYC Health + Hospitals, and Day & Zimmermann. Prior to their work in recruitment, Domeá served in the US Navy as a Senior Hospital Corpsman, where Domeá performed various medical and administrative duties. Domeá holds certifications in Medical Billing and Coding, Human Resources Administration, and Professional Certification in Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace. Domeá continues to expand their knowledge and skills through ongoing education at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families.
