Angela Rizzolo, MBA is the Vice President of Operations, Quality and Compliance at CHR. Angela brings to CHR extensive experience in outpatient and nonprofit operations, business development, as well as quality and performance improvement. She has focused much of her career in the areas of quality improvement, system analysis, leadership training facilitation and development, policy and procedures, and program implementation. Angela joins CHR from Saint Francis Healthcare Partners, part of Trinity Health of New England, where she served as a Regional Director of Network and Business Development. In this role, she worked to build the organization’s network of providers, strengthen the connections between the existing network of over 1,000 primary care and specialty providers, and to identify and develop value added member benefit solutions for providers and their practices. Previous to this, she worked at UConn Health within ambulatory practice operations where she focused on provider productivity and financial improvement initiatives for the medical group. Angela also spent more than ten years in the nonprofit field working within residential programs, within nonprofit operations, new development, quality and compliance.
Angela received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Law and Society. She received her Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurial Thinking & Innovative Practices.
