Melissa M. Brown Lcsw

Melissa M. Brown LCSW serves as the Clinical Program Director and Clinical Supervisor of EMPS at Community Health Resources since June 2019. Previously, Melissa held the positions of Interim Intake Coordinator and Child Guidance Clinician at United Services, Inc. from April 2017 to May 2019, and worked as an Outpatient Clinician at UMass Memorial Health - Harrington from June 2015 to March 2017. Melissa has extensive experience in providing individual and family psychotherapy to children and youth, employing various therapeutic modalities including trauma-informed therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, positions held at Thom Child and Family Services and North Suffolk Mental Health focused on early intervention services and trauma-informed treatment, particularly for children with developmental delays.
