Michelle Carter is the current CEO of Carevide, and previously served as the Deputy Director and CFO of the Community Health Service Agency, Inc. from August 1999 to January 2013.

Michelle Carter earned their Master's Degree in Masters of Public Administration - Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.
