Dennis Santiago

Dennis Santiago, PharmD, currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy Medication Use at Community Health Systems since August 2020. Prior roles include Clinical Pharmacist (PRN) at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center from June 2018 to July 2021, and participation in the PGY-2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership residency at HCA Healthcare from June 2018 to June 2020, following a PGY-1 Pharmacy residency. Earlier experience includes a Pharmacy Intern position at Tenet Healthcare's St. Francis Hospital Bartlett from June 2015 to June 2016. Dennis Santiago earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center between 2014 and 2018 and has prior education from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Temple University Japan.
