Sharon L. Griffith, M.D. has a diverse work experience in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Sharon L. started their career as a Resident Physician in OB/GYN at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center in 1994 and completed their residency in 1998. Sharon L. then worked as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons from 1998 to 2008. In 2010, they joined the William F. Ryan Community Health Network, where they served as an Obstetrician-Gynecologist, providing outpatient OB/GYN services to the underserved population in New York City. Sharon L. also supervised a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and offered various gynecologic services. In 2015, they became the Director of Women’s Health at Community Healthcare Network.

Sharon L. Griffith, M.D. obtained their B.A. degree in Biology from Brooklyn College in 1990. Sharon L. pursued their medical education at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, earning an M.D. degree in 1994.
