Dory Sample

Dory Sample is an experienced clinical research professional currently serving as a Councillor at Summer Village Birch Cove since December 2021 and as Clinical Research Director at the University of Alberta's Women & Children's Health Research Institute since July 2020, where responsibilities include developing and managing high-quality clinical research programs. Previous roles include Clinical Research Program Manager and Team Lead for research coordination at the same institute, as well as positions such as Senior Safety Manager at CIRG and Deputy Mayor at Summer Village. With a foundational background in medical writing and management, Dory Sample has a comprehensive education, holding an MSN and MPH in oncology nursing and public health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, a BSN from the University of Texas Medical Branch, and an RN degree from the University of Alberta Hospitals.
